How We Know the Climate Change – Global Warming Lobby Fakes the Data

Its a while since I posted anything on “Climate Change” and its human-made causes. However, the US Administration is still pumping out misleading information which misrepresents the actual data and situation. As usual it over estimates any changes and under reports data like snowfall extent. It was only a few years ago the Climate Change Global Human-made Warmist Lobby were predicting snow would disappear completely, just how wrong can you get!!

Here are some graphs provided by Tony Heller based directly on data from the official US Climatology Network. They produce a 3 monthly prediction of climate trends used to help people plan for the effects of future weather. The figures apply to the USA which has a huge land mass and a wide variety of localised weather conditions, the figures here are averages over the whole country.

Here is a graph of the lowest minimum temperature from 1900 to 2022. That covers the “preindustrial” period of very low human-made CO2 emissions AND the “industrial” period where there is alledged human-made CO2 inducted Climate Change – Global Warming. As you can see this year the minimum temperatures are way way below average …

There is a rising trend in temperature of about 1.0C over the period 1900-2022. There is no noticeable increase in ‘warming’ in the industrial period from 1940’s onwards.

Now if we look at the data after it has been ‘adjusted’ by the UNHCN we can see that some “Climate Change – Global warming” has been added … resulting in the familiar fraudulent “Hockeystick” form introduced my Michael Mann – the father of the Climate Change- Global Warming conspiracy, and his cohort of academics and Government scientists. You can clearly see that after tampering the temperature trend from 1900 to 2022 is now about 3.0C !!

The extent of the tampering is shown by subtracting the first graph from the second one, the you get the “amount of tampering”

Another physical indicator of widespread warmth and cold is snow coverage. The graph below shows Winter snow coverage, not the increasing trend in the coverage over the long term, NOT a reduction.

This is also true for the Autumn (Fall), but the increasing trend is more pronounced.

So that’s how to create “Climate Change – Global Warming” !

BUT as the snow coverage indicates that the raw data in the first graph is much more likely to be true than the tampered data in the second graph.
You can try to fool people, but you can’t fool nature. She will have the last laugh, always.
The snow coverage data confirms that.
