We go where angels fear to tread so here is an introduction to the culture category. Oh what a minefield – dictat by Social Media if think the myriad of opinions expressed have any credibility or worth! We will boldly split infinitives in our quest for calm in these ‘interesting times’. We’ll observed the Cultural Warfare that is in pervasive in the Arts and Sciences. Occasionally we will comment on the Goo, the Bad and the just plain Ugly; but a spotlight of virtue will be shone on the heroic survivors of this Cultural Suicide in the West – Woke hyper-liberalism. Our Woke compatible ‘pronouns’ are ‘contrarian’ and ‘your slave’.
As we find them we will publicise antidotes to this cultural veneer called Woke – remember Mao’s Little Red Book – and the Cultural Revolution? That didn’t end well did it? The outcomes of revolutions are always unpredictable (eg State Capitalism dominating China), because they are started by one set of thugs but ended by a different set of thugs. You reap what you sow. Anyway we’ll try to make it fun, sometimes, and attempt to burst a few egotistic bubbles.
